Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Dr. Neelam Dhungana Timilsina, also serves as a Board Member of Social Security Fund of Nepal. Prior to her current role, Dr. Timilsina was the Executive Director of the Public Debt Management Department of NRB and concurrently the Chairperson of BOD of Credit Information Bureau of Nepal. She has significant experiences in different functions of central banking, such as economic research, bank supervision, foreign exchange management, internal audit and central bank’s provincial office operations. She holds doctorate in Management from Mewar University, India, Master's Degree in Economics from University Wollongong, Australia and MBA Degree from Tribhuwan University.
